Shell gas V-Power really works!!!!!!!! I get approx. 460 miles per tank with shell V-Power. When I use anyother type of gas I get 400 miles, Please eveyone try it our for a few weeks you'll see a difference. Let me know how this goes for everyone. It's been tried and tested. It's worth paying a bit more sometimes. How many miles does everyone one typically get? I was wondering, I heard some buddies of mine that only get 350 miles per tank. It's weird I'm getting about 18 miles per gallon. I'm running BMW dual tip plugs, and stock air filter. Once a year I run BG44K ($30 a can!)through my fuel system, and Restore 44 ($6 a can). I also use Mobile 1 full Synthetic. Maybe it's just a right combination of everything, oh by the way my car runs like a dream at 158,000 miles. I have raced newer 740IL's with 50,000 approx. miles and beat or kept up with them.

We were using Shell's V-Max 100 octane in Germany last year. It is good stuff - $6.00 a gallon :eek: , but it is good stuff!

There are very few Shells around where I live. Sunoco is where I go. Only place for 94, though a quite a few have stooped carrying 94. :nono :mad

i'm curious if driving conditions over 400 miles could have been identical enough to compare/

i run whichever 93 octane brand is available when i need a fillup...........i get a consistant 22.1 mpg.

if i see a shell when im low, ill give it a shot and see if my mpg goes up. ive used it before but never paid attention or saw any difference.
