My shirt was NOT dark red. It was BRIGHT red. There's a difference.

Why don't you go put on your FAKE BLACK cowboy hat. Cause wearing a black hat to shade you from the sun is really smart. :rolleyes

Awesome! Thanks Steven, I'm loving your wenthusiasm, interested in donating a car a all? haha ;)

We can work out the details of this extra stuff on saturday, maybe make a second and 4th prize into two more "first" prizes :)

Thanks again everyone, this is looking to be a great event, and weather right now says Cloudy (read that as cool shade), in the mid 80's.

We have a stack of used tires in the back, if you find something that we agree is safe to use for a very short period of time (i.e. a couple track sessions) please ask us about them. Most of the tires in the back are trash but some are just used street tires, so inquire if you desire.

Note: The shop/showroom is looking awesome, this is going to be a great event, come with your friends and family!

This event is as of right now RAIN or SHINE.

Forecast if for scattered T-storms, but bring your EZ Up tents if you have them and we should be ok.

Usually the forecast is wrong anyways, but to be on the safe side, be prepared.

This event will be great regardless, so come and enjoy yourselves, you can always come in and enjoy everything thats inside if it starts to rain.

Thanks!
Steve

Hey Steve,

When scheduling next time, how about keeping the length of the event down. Seven hours is just too long to hang around to try to sell stuff. There is a good chance that buyers/sellers are going to miss each other. Lunch is a good idea, so maybe it should 9 to 1 or 11 to 3. Something like that.

What does everyone else think?

Aaron

PS: sorry for the cross post...

I'm glad I checked the site because I was about to be on my way. Unfortunately, I probably won't be able to make the next date because I'll be back at college.

As for the time, 10-5 doesn't seem too bad to me because although spending less time there is preferred for some, some people can make it at 10am and cannot make it in the afternoon (and vice versa). I like the long period of time because it gives leeway as to when you can show up, especially if you're hauling 1.5 hrs on the road to get there like me. Plus, it gives time for the tech sessions to which I was looking forward.
