I'm pretty sure all 6 speeds came with sports package.

I personally wouldn't pay more money based on it being one year younger since the cars are virtually the same.

They both came with xenons.

No idea, maybe .1 seconds if even that. You won't notice it anyway.

It would affect insurance payout and/or resale value. Just something to consider as well
