Has anyone installed a M5 exhaust (catback) on a 2001 530i? Can it be done? Is there a back pressure problem? I know the rear diffuser would have to be changed. When looking at the two exhaust systems they look the same except for the right side muffler is gone after the center silencer. The center silencer looks the same but is caped off on the right side. Any info would help. Thanks!
