what should i pay for a 82 323??

one of the rockers broke and he doesn't wanna fix it, hes thinkin bout jus gettin a e30. its got bilsteins and polyurethane bushings. H&R springs...... shift kit. . . .. . and thats about it..... hes gonna keep his BBS RS for the E30..... and if i end up w/ this i'll get a 2.7 bottom end w/ a 2.5 head...... and make it my daily beater........... im pretty sure the 2.7 bottom will bolt up to his 5 speed w/o any modification.......
theres minor rust tooo..... which intime i can work on myself

any input on this?

First let me say I love the e21 323i...
I would be warry of any car with too much rust on it. I replaced both floors, and rockers, quarters etc.. and believe me, when there is rust in the rockers, you can bet your ass there is rust in other places.

Check under the quarter windows, the tail panel, floors, and in inner wheel arches.

Yeah you can run an 2.7 eta block on the 323i existing head.
