Okay, there has been so much asking for identification of air dams I've found on ebay, why not just post a pic of each one that's been found and the make.
Getting off that thought, who makes this air dam?

maybe..... :devillook :D

here's the most recent pic (taken last month), I remounted the front bumper/spoiler (http://members.aol.com/jmusubi/myhomepage/johnny5isalive.jpg) because it was sagging in the center & wasn't very rigid:

jbob... may i know what colour it is on your car? it really looks awesome and matches the overall look of the motorsport front spoiler and the car itself. lets hope to hear some upgrades or something ;)

Speaking of airdams, is there a source for new ones in the US, even if they are fiberglass reproductions?

TIA,

skyflyer: it's ascotgrau....the paint on the front & rear bumpers, rear skirt, & side mirrors is pretty new (1-2 years) but doesn't completely match the original paint. the car is mostly stock....for now ;)

HarryPR: I only know of 3 or 4 places that sell new front spoilers:
www.kormanfastbmw.com - sells a fiberglass replica of the motorsport bumper
some company in northern california (i forget the name, but they mainly do porsche body kits) just started making fiberglass replicas of the zender 'over-bumper' front & rear bumpers.
impactparts.com (http://www.impactparts.com/european/fdbmw.htm) - sells kamei front spoilers
JasonL on tricord's site might still have some carbon fiber replica alpina spoilers

Thanks for the info!

I'm looking into either the stock "is" spoiler ot the Kamei and BBS ones, since I am keeping the big bumpers on my E21 (at least for now).

Already called Impact Parts and left a message.

BTW, I would also consider a used one in good condition....

Ebay.de or Walloth and Nesch in Germany has the BBS spoilers...

Like this one: I got it from Ebay, it had never been installed and was on a shelve some where for 20 years....Now its going on my 323i. I have another BBS one that used to be my 323i, but that one is jacked due to an accident.
Here is the one I am going to be using:

my 323i also had all of its euro bumpers, zinc oxide primed, acid etched, and painted ibscrott red. Wont be too long now. :buttrock

Alpina does look hot, but if I could find a Foha, I'd get it. I've never seen one though.

Its a Racing Dynamics spoiler from the late 80's/early 90's. Before Racing Dynamics became RD Sport in the states.
