He's actually a cool guy in person... he showed up to a meet way-back-when in his dakar m3/4. He does make an ass of himself online though.

May i ask how big the place is and how much it costs? It's cool if not, im just wondering on how it would relate to something in boston or dc.

the most I will say is its about 1400 sq.ft. and comparables in dc would be about a grand to 1500 more per month...and that would be with a view of the dumpster, in a much worse area with decent metro access...property is cheap in bmore. :)

pineapple infused vodka at roys is the best....and it's less than 15 feet away...mmmm...last time we were waiting for our mattress delivery guy, they met us out in front of roys so we could drink while we were waiting for them...it was nice.

vlads not a bad guy in person.. I dont understand why everyone picks on him so much.. most of the people that do are TOOLS anyway
