uh, they are 13" , are you looking for 13's? if yes, then there really isn't that big of a difference b/w the alpina 13's and the bmw 13's in that design.

I'm not really looking for them to fit to my car, it's just the fact that they are possibly Alpina rims, selling for such a low price.

They look real to me

Although they dont say Alpina in the bolt circle (where they usualy do) they look very similar to the Alpina's. Real Alpina's will have 20 spokes and all copy's have 19. I have heard of Ronal not casting ALPINA into some of their Alpina wheels though.
