Hi guys i got a brand new Z4 2.5 stick last week. I leased it with $3500 down $359 a month and the guy threw in the ipod installation. It's a 2 year lease.
Just wanted to know if anyone here knows performance parts such as software, CAI and HID i really need those 3. Appreciate the help.

Putting down a huge down payment on a lease then modifying the lease is like putting down a 6 month advance on an apartment, then promptly remodels the apartment with top of the line hardwood floor and expensive italian furniture and a in-wall 60" plasma.
You're paying for someone else to enjoy the car. Doesn't make sense.
(I was going to use an analogy of buying jewelry for a hooker, but that seems a little tackless.)

your analogy's quite wrong, hid's and cai are totaly reversible, they can be taken off the car and sold when the lease is up and the car can be returned to stock with relative ease.Putting down a huge down payment on a lease then modifying the lease is like putting down a 6 month advance on an apartment, then promptly remodels the apartment with top of the line hardwood floor and expensive italian furniture and a in-wall 60" plasma.

Hey, the hardwood and the plasma TV can be taken out of the apartment too, doesn't mean my analogy is wrong.

Ya I agree with that analogy also. I mean are you planning on just giving up this car after the lease is up? If so unless you plan on buying a z4 afterwords I just think it's alot of money, not well spent. Thats just me. ;)

I understand what you guys are saying but i dont mind paying up to $700 for HIDs + CAI and springs. Ill just take it off at the end and sell them. I need a chip for my car too. Dinan only has the top speed remover :nono
