Hey Guys,

I've looked through the list of recommended dealers but I need some additional help.

I've got an 03.5 M3.. and I appear to be having some head light issues. I'm sure it's just in need of a replacement bulb. My car is still under warranty but I've got an aFe intake on the car.

My question is, are they any local dealers who are aftermarket parts friendly? Or should I just replace the stock air box and take the car in for service?

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Thanks.

Look, it's like 5 seconds of effort to take the stupid intake out. Just take the stupid intake out. :p

Unless the installation caused a problem to the electrical system you do not have to worry about the CAI. If you should have an engine related problem, the CAI could be an issue.

Should not be an issue unless the intake or the installation of the intake somehow interferes with the light or the wiring.

I think he means will a dealership work on it because its modified?

I think he means will a dealership work on it because its modified? As long as q mod doesn't relate to the repair I don't see why a dealer wouldn't work on it. Unless the mod was installed with duct tape, wire ties and spit. Then I wouldn not blame any shop for turning it away.
