I just got me a 95 M3 it runs fine , with no real problems. However when I was replacing the spark plugs I noticed on two of the plugs oil on the threads and on the side where the boot of the coil connects to it. No oil where the plug actually fires only on the thread area and where it connects to the coil. The plugs wear pattern was consistent with typical use; just a little rounded on the "+2 Prongs" Can any of you help me diagnose this problem? Do I have bad piston rings, or maybe worn lifters? Thank you in advance.

Valve cover gasket, common problem. Look in the tunnel, and swab out the excess oil.
