Where can I go that is very cheap, but does good work

I've been to Bertolucci's for minor stuff. They do pretty good work and are priced average. Cheap and good work don't seem to get along really well. What kind of work do you need done?

I've also tried Johnny's, but they're not cheap. Izzie's is very good, but expensive.
