It's for a friend :devillook
Looking for Alpine or Dakar, but will consider other colors and it has to be trouble free, I don't want, I mean my friend doesn't want to deal with cars that need excesive maint/ or have electrical problems, or salvage cars. I want something local, since I don't want to deal with out of state cars, but if I don't find anything here, I guess I'll look into out of state cars, and please be honest, don't say your car is in good condition, but in reality it is not, because I will find out about it. I've been doing some research on cars I'm interested in, which are currently for sale and have found out certain things, like cars being involved in accidents and the buyer not mentioning anything about it, or certain part that needs replacement, and not mentioning it etc...
And no, i'm not being anal, it's just that I don't want other people problems :)

under 100k miles please.

TIA
budget -19k

p.s. There is a Dinan SC 95 M3 with less than 45k miles selling for $18500, but it's in New Jersey, so please be reasonable with the price

lol, no man! Insurance will probably give me $11k if I'm lucky, I'll finance the rest. But no, the car is still at home, they did come to look at it already and take pics, they just still need too make an offer on the car :)

you might also want to get out of your head that FI cars will be trouble free. They dont come from the factorty like that, so you cant expect them to be completely flawless. On the other hand, my engine was running solid for the last 2 years. Only quirky think is that its developed a vacuum leak though that Im getting fixed right now.

Hey, I'm actually looking for a coupe, not big fan of 4 doors here :)

BTW :D I know FI cars will not be as reliable as N/A cars, but when I said trouble free, I meant things like bad clutch/slipping belts/ and things like that, of course used cars will not be trouble free, heck not even new cars are trouble free, but I just don't want cars that have those kind of problems. I mean they'll be SC'd meaning they have been driven kind of hard, and I'm ok with that, as long as it's still in good condition.

thanks :)

hope I didn't scare any seller :(
