If I have lowering springs, do I also have sport shocks? Can the stock E34 shocks go with Eibach Pro Kit?

Just wondering b/c I know my Bimmer has EIbach Pro Kit but I'm not sure if it has sport shocks...

Standard shocks will work, for a little while. The higher spring rates of sport springs each up standard shocks pretty quickly since they really don't have enough dampening for the higher spring rates. With sport springs you need sport shocks, Koni or Bilstien sports are good choices.

As old as the car is, I'd install new dampers as well. Koni or Bilstein will work well with the Pro-Kit. Installing them the same time as springs will also save labor. Also, with the mileage on the car the stock dampers won't do a good job controlling the increase in rate of the aftermarket springs.
