A 321-hp turbocharged 3.0-liter six and a high-revving normally aspirated 4.0-liter V8 that could develop 449 hp!!! AWESOME! docsmile09 08-09-2005, 10:42 PM That's a sweet ride. Like the M coupe (Z3 based one) it has very distinctive styling that will stand out. Make mine Laguna Seca Blue or Imola Red. toyomaz 08-10-2005, 12:12 AM i will take one in black please! :redspot count_schemula 08-10-2005, 10:22 AM Where are those engines coming from? Is BMW having a change of heart on FI? JCK 08-10-2005, 11:07 AM sweet. I hope this pans out. I'll take the turbo 3.0 in black. Z3speed4me 08-10-2005, 11:37 AM yea if they make a turbo..i might have to consider laxwmatt 08-10-2005, 11:56 AM eh, i'll take the V8... dayumnnnn JCK 08-10-2005, 12:03 PM eh, i'll take the V8... dayumnnnn :cashwalle laxwmatt 08-10-2005, 12:59 PM :cashwalle not like i can afford either... OMGWTFBODY 09-08-2005, 12:15 AM :cashwalle Nice animation. Where do you find all of thosseee...? :comp: Nevermiiiiiiiiiind. :killshot: jmmymac 09-23-2005, 12:57 AM I want to see them punch out the new 3.0 (maybe to 3.2 like the M3) and then build it to a N/A 320 horsepower. garyhoov 09-23-2005, 10:14 AM Here's an article: http://www.germancarfans.com/spyphotos.cfm/spyphotoid/6050920.001 http://www.germancarfans.com/spyphotos/6050920.001/6050920.001.Mini5L.jpg I've got an E90 on order with a 2 year lease, so if the M-Coupe is available by fall of 2007, that will be my next car. M3Armand 09-23-2005, 11:10 AM Due to (M Roadster) unforseen (M Roadster) circumstances (M Roadster), I unfortunately (M Roadster) have to (M Roadster) sell my Z4 3.0i... 2003 Z4 3.0i, 19xxx miles, NAV, Sports Package, Red/Beige, Heated Manual Seats (much much lighter than power seats), wind screen ///Mmelmann 09-30-2005, 11:12 AM If the V8 Z4 M Coupe actually works out I may forget about the whole LS1 conversion idea for my M Coupe. They could be asking over $55,000 for a coupe like that though. If that's the case... I'll take the conversion route. epbrown 10-01-2005, 01:28 AM The more reliable sources are saying the Z4M will get the leftover M3 engines in CSL spec (though since we didn't get the CSL, I think the US market will get plain ol' M3 engines). Since the Z4 is a slow seller it makes since to use up the run-out of the 3.2s in them. I doubt we'll see the new V8 in them during this decade. Emanuel Z3speed4me 10-01-2005, 01:17 PM i dunno..... that bi turbo sounds like it might be more fun for the mod happy people..... but if a csl engine comes...that would be nice as well, but IF they ever threw the v8 wit ~400 horse in it, i think it would sell real well.... hmmm out of college in 8 months...massive grad party, have a job by time the M comes out....hmmmmmmmmmm def have to keep watchin this car unfold... if they DONT make an M i think its going to be a huge mistake on bmw's behalf... |
