I just purchased a 2004 BMW X3 3.0 (CPO) with the Premium pkg, and navigation. I took it to the dealer and asked if they could activate the bluetooth (I have a Motorola v600 w/ bluetooth). They told me since I have the SOS button (BMW assist), I'd have to pay $1000 to add a special bluetooth module ($700 for the part + $300 labor).
That really doesn't make sense... so I have bluetooth, but it doesn't work because I have BMW Assist?
