Had a new hood installed on the car and told them to polish the entire car. Newly painted hood & rest of car looks like crap under the sun. The circular swirls marks from the machine are CLEARLY visible. What would you guys advise me to do?

Would a PC and some polishes/waxes get the damage out?

Those are rotary holograms caused by improper use of the rotary. If you think there might be someone competent of fixing the damage at the body shop, I would make them do it.

Otherwise, it's going to take some time with the PC.

Will the PC get them out? Probably... can you post up a couple of pictures?
