I found a set of really cheap front vaders, only thing is that the leather is not at its best and of course they are white/grey (whatever) just not black and I need black. How much or is it even worth buying and have the leather re-done.

If you could get some pics up of the seats that would be great. That way we could see if any of it is salvagable. If it isn't torn you might be able to clean them and re-dye them. Some people on here have had great success with Leatherique and VHT dye, but again it depends on the extent of the damage. If you're confident the leather needs to be replaced, I'd try to find a local place that re-upholsters stuff and get a quote. If you decide to get them re-done you could also go with different materials, or maybe a two-tone look.
