Just curious if any of the stunning 6 series I've been looking at for the past couple of years at Monterey are from here and plan on attending Concorso or the Historics. I LOVE walking through the field of Bimmers. Ahhh...nice. Maybe I'll find a nice one for sale out there. I'm having a helluva time finding ANYTHING out here.

Hey you! How have you been? And you're going to Concorso the one year I don't go.

As for looking for a car, your best bet would be Concorso as it is more conducive to talking to the owner and asking if the car is for sale.

And howdy right back atcha! Things are going pretty well here, except for my fruitless search for a good 5-speed 635.

We went to Concorso last year...I think all the 308s ever made were there...and decided to go back again this year as the Miura *tingle* is to be honored. Not making the trip at all, eh? It's turned into a yearly thing for us. We'll make it to Pebble Beach eventually.

I've finally given up on trying to dress for "California in August" and will be packing lots of sweatshirts and warm things. I can't believe how flippin' cold it is there, and that it's like that ALL DAY LONG!

When I'm there, I'm with the Pantera crowd and those are my brother's friends. This is his car at Concorso last year.

ah,the pantera.never riden in one,but used to climb in one and dream as a 14yr old paper carrier.it was one of many nice cars on my route.

Ooooooo Pantera! I have my own special Pantera sound effects that I add to 'Pantera...' You'd have to hear to understand. I'll have to go through my pics from last year and see if I have any of your brother's car.

I'd love to get my hands on one of them before they start REALLY taking off in price as they're sure to do sometime soon - mostly because I want one. Then again, I really like Mangustas, too. Decisions, decisions...yeah, right.
