I put mine on my hood last night, but it doesn't seem to fit right. The front and rear sections have play, like it doesn't curve to fit the hood.. is this the case with everyones or did I do something wrong?

Hi, For a 1992 325i, they are the same, and they do just pry off, just remember to put a cloth below your "prying element" so that you dont damage the paint.

That is basically it.... There are two rubber gromments holding it... Check and make sure those are in good shape....If you need them, let me know.

(and when you remove it, make sure you put cloth/padding below your screwdriver or card so you wont scratch the paint)

Got mine today, and it really improves the look of the car. I have a problem though. After replacing the hood one, I went to clean to trunk, and i broke it. So I think Im going to need another one, with the rubber things if you have them. i finally had a chance to put mine on and i think i'm experiencing the same issue...if it even is an issue. when i removed the original emblem, was i supposed to take out the two rubber peices as well and place that on the new emblem before installing it to the hood? is there an easy resolution to this? thanks
