Damn urban heat cloud effect. dos Santos 07-19-2005, 06:53 PM I miss the sun. It sucks when its 90 degrees outside, humid as crap, and the sun isnt out. At least if the sun were out, it would justify the hotness. Its like cold weather without snow. It just sucks. atlantaM3 07-19-2005, 08:01 PM what is the 'drought' thing you speak of?......................anyone have a canoe? :eyecrazy bcart1991 07-19-2005, 09:15 PM The Louisiana weather I thought I had escaped has found me... Carter Doctor Wha 07-19-2005, 09:32 PM The Louisiana weather I thought I had escaped has found me... So it's YOUR fault!! :shifty ;) bcart1991 07-19-2005, 10:56 PM Guilty as charged... But in my defense, it did take 6 years for the storms to finally track me down. :cool Carter 4ngie 07-19-2005, 11:45 PM I assumed it was because I washed my car again. Angie adeelpowers 07-20-2005, 03:15 AM Move to Chicago, atleast for the summers. Jean-Claude 07-20-2005, 09:13 AM Move to Chicago, atleast for the summers. I went to Chicago once. Everyone seemed very sour. Then again it was Febuary so I imagine folks who live there in Febuary aren't very happy about life. :stickoutt count_schemula 07-21-2005, 05:48 PM I went to Chicago once. Everyone seemed very sour. Then again it was Febuary so I imagine folks who live there in Febuary aren't very happy about life. :stickoutt I've been to Chicago in the spring, proper. There is a buzz and an energy, and seemingly festival things every weekend. People seemed pretty happy. Pent up demand I rekon. I also been there and landing over a frozen lake with negative temps. Ick. ExtreM3 07-22-2005, 01:00 PM I moved down from Chicago late last year. The summer last for 2 months and the rest of time is winter. That's why I left. Very depressing there. Awesome city though, lots to do. legendary 07-22-2005, 07:26 PM WOW. I think this is the first day in July that it has NOT rained. And I washed my car this morning...like 8am-ish. I guess if you wash it early, Angie, it won't rain. I know when I wash my car during the afternoon, the rain follows 30 minutes later (although there is not a cloud in sight for miles) tabasco 07-25-2005, 04:57 PM Danny...I found the weather you were looking for! My car was reading 101 degrees on the way home from work today! Damn that is hot! At least it was not too humid! jason |
