I just got a '88 325is and it has a fairly "small" dent on the passenger side fender. The frame is bent at the corner. I did bend it up so it's not as bad but I'm having trouble getting the bend out sideways. Any pointers on how to unbend the side?

OR, does anyone know if I could get that piece of the frame cut from a different car and welded in place of my bent piece? What shops around here could do that sort of thing?
