I saw this happen at Tech last semester. Just blew up in front of the apartment. It was pretty crazy.

There was one the other day on GA 400. I stopped since nobody was standing anywhere near the car and I thought someone was inside. Pretty scary stuff.. Policeman said often people throw cigarettes into/on cars on the side of the road and sometimes that happens..

Yep. All the idiot fratguys right near the truck were standing like 3 feet from it while it was burning. I was walking by it on the way to class practically shielding my little persian friend (no, you dont know her amir :D ) from the flames/possible cataclysmic explosion, and these idiots are up close taking photos of it. I was just waiting for the flames to hit the fuel tank and blow those guys to bits, allowing the nearby ants to eat their burning flesh...

...instead of feasting on my car!!! :D
