Bavarian Hyper Sports (http://www.bavhypersports.com/index.htm) is good. They are Northeast though. On 1960 fredo 07-18-2005, 07:28 PM also come check out Bavspeed (http://www.bavspeed.com), it's a forum made up of mostly Houston people. Unlike this forum, which is overrun with dallas people. texasbimmer 07-19-2005, 09:00 AM welcome and congrats on the car. Bavarian Hyper Sports (http://www.bavhypersports.com/index.htm) is good. They are Northeast though. On 1960 I waned to "second" that info. The shop is actually Bimmer Workshops (281-233-0111) on fm 1960 just east of toll road. They are absolutley incredible, fair, and honest! Inside of their shop, Joel Swanson runs "Bavarian Hypersports". He is knwon as one of the BEST tuners in texas (some think country wide). He can build, custom build, and tweak anything Bimmer. Just don't ask him about dropping an American engine in your German car. ask me how i know ... Congrats on car. stay on top of PM you will be happy for a long long time 02grey330i 07-20-2005, 05:39 AM What type of maintenance do you plan on doing? I would suggest DIY, their just like any other car when it comes to maintenance. No need to pay someone $$$$$ to do it when you can do it yourself. I have links to 2-3 websites full of DIY for e46's if you need them. serio 07-21-2005, 11:33 PM I'll third that info to about Bimmer WorkShop with Alain or Jasper. Same with Joel @ Bavarian HyperSports . Great guys to go with. But if it is simple stuff. Why not DIY? |
