I just got my 2002 4.4i and it has the premium sound system. I just wanted to know where all the speakers are there are supposed to be 12? i only counted 8 not including the subwoofer. also are there any issues with the speakers so far one of them doesnt work.

There should be 4 in the front doors (2 below window switches, 2 in mirror housing), 2 on each corner of dash, 4 in the rear doors, and 2 subwoofers in the rear right panel, making it a total of 12.

ok i got on each door i got 1 in window, 1 in door, are there 2 hidden there or should i actually see 2 ?

There should be 2 more up on the DASH (not the door)...just below the lower corners of the front windshield.

now i got static coming out of all my speakers but after some off time they went back to normal any one have issues with the stereo/speakers?

the two subs, what kind of power do they put out?
