I ordered the eibach sport system kit from them off of the website and i must say everything went very smoothly in terms of the way my order was handled. I placed my order on a friday after their warehouse had closed so i expected it to be processed the following monday which it was. i recieved confirmation from them via email that it had been shipped out monday and it arrived friday morning (i live in vancouver, canada, so i'd say it was pretty fast coming from the states, way faster than anything i've bought off ebay). I opened up the box and looked at all the stuff and from what i can see its exactly what i ordered for my car, correct part # and everything which i checked.

overall i'm very satisfied with the way things were taken care of, i even emailed jim to let him know i forgot to go through the bf.c upgrade garage when i ordered but am a member of bf.c and they should get teh credit, he replied pretty quick.

anyways, yeah, thumbs up for tirerack.com so far for me, i guess its up to me for the rest of the install :stickoutt
