Rogue Engineering rolls fenders for 75/Fender. ($150 for both rears) Its done with a heatgun and a professional tool. I had mine done by them and couldnt be happier with the results.

Mark says hes done more than 50 e46 models, i mean..when can the paint crack? If its OEM paint..it should be ok...right?

Am I really worrying too much here.

You are worrying too much. The only real problem would be if you had bondo or some kind of filler on your fenders that might crack and fall out. They dont make any guarantees about not cracking the paint as its just a way to cover themselves if for some awkward reason it does. (trust me...its not going to crack...I wouldnt have done it to my car if I thought it would crack.)

I just had the lips tucked in a little. I didnt roll the lips flat against the fender. It probably takes close to an hour. (figuring time to get the car on the lift, wheels off, then heat the paint with a heat gun, then roll.)

Yes, they have a lift. I prefer taking my car to them over some place with 15 lifts who work on anything german and who wont take the time to talk with you.

Great bunch of guys....but the fender rolling didnt do the trick...I know my shocks are shot, i push down my car on the trunk as it squeaks and it is too easy to push down and up.

Also, I was hopping too much on little bumps here and there....i have to do some research on shocks

this might be a silly question, but for 75 they will roll the fender completely flat? or do they only do it alittle.

Im not sure if they are still doing fender rolls, but when they did it, it was as much as you needed. When you roll them flat you SEVERLY increase the chance of cracking your paint, so for that reason they might not roll them totally flat.
