hello all
I had a flat on the weekend. my prev. trye size was 265/35/18 on a set of rondell 10" on rears.
I chaged the size to 255/40/18 . i am know experiencing scrapping on the arch and dont understand why as the trye is smaller then prev.
pls advice

thicker sidewall - you were running a lower profile before 35 opposed to the 40 -

Id go back to 265 35 18 - doesnt seem the 255 would fit properly - fatter = better - more traction

are the 35 a big difference to a 40 low profile.?
