I am looking for a reputable mechanic that is close to Albany, NY to do a pre-purchase inspection, and compression/leak down test on the engine.

Does anyone know of a local place that you trust for BMW work?

Broadway auto on broadway in downtown albany is good.. i had my 3000gt vr4 engine rebuilt there when it blew since he also owns a vr4.. but he used to own an s4 i think so he knows his german cars.. however he might be a tad expensive.. anyways.. he's got a site, www.broadwayautoclinic.com
