Alright so i found a donor car that is a 1986 325i 5 speed manual for my 1989 engine 1990 325i bmw cabrio I have already done an engine swap but the auto tranny is gone so I have read around and what im hearing is the auto to manual swap is really nice. The engine that I put in the convertible is stock but rebuilt so therefore im tempted to do the swap because i really dont want to pay that much for another automatic transmission
do you guys think it is worth it to do this swap. what are your thoughts on it and for anyone that has done the swap, how hard is it/was it
if i buy this donor car...
the guy i talked to said that the car is running rich but i should be able to drive it home (thats all i want to do) is there a simple way to adjust the fuel going into the engine or is it all computer controlled
