You won't find a '99 328i Sedan... because the 4-door got converted over to the E46 body style, starting that year.

I might be wrong, but I believe the the 328 continued through 2000 under the new body style. It was not changed to the 330 engine and name until 2001.
So you are looking at two different body styles and interiors between 98 and 99, same engine though.
