View Full Version : Copa Libertadores
RacermeX 06-14-2005, 11:54 AM Anyone watching?
Las Chivas de Guadalajara, Mexico, will be playing today in "la Bombonera (Buenos Aires)" against Boca Juniors, Argentina.
This seems like a tough match for Boca, only because they're down by 4 goals, globally.

Boca's coach was FIRED! Stupid move he made, anyways. Even more stupid when, during the press conference (and before knowing he was going to get fired), declared he didn't remember very well what he had done, or wasn't conscious at the time. He literally said "I must have taken the wrong pill in the morning." What a shame for such a great team that is Boca.

So would most people that own U.S. specs E36 M3's here in the U.S. It probably still costs a small fortune in Argentina. But that is a great car. I hope he succeeds! That’s a great platform to start with.
RacermeX 06-23-2005, 03:46 AM CLAUSURAN DOS PARTIDOS "LA BOMBONERA" POR ACTOS ANTE CHIVAS (http://espanol.sports.yahoo.com/050623/4/11be5.html)
"La decisión se tomó como consecuencia de los actos contra el mediocampista mexicano Adolfo Bautista, que fue golpeado por un aficionado boquense que ingresó al campo de juego para agredirlo y por actitudes hostiles del ex técnico de Boca, Jorge "Chino" Benítez."

RacermeX 05-03-2006, 05:22 PM Anyone following this time around?
Daved 05-04-2006, 12:35 AM My team lost today (Newell's Old Boys), it's out of the cup :(
RacermeX 05-04-2006, 04:18 PM I really like the team name!
Anyhow, they played Vélez Sarsfield, who has been playing quite well, as far as I've seen - at least they tied in their last match.
3 more matches tonight. Corinthinas vs. River Plate will probably be the best match of the night.
Even though they haven't been playing well, I'll be rooting for Tigres as they visit Libertad.
I think the "Cuartos de Final" resumes after WC06
Yonkers320is 05-04-2006, 06:14 PM Vamos Corinthians con Carlitos, take the gallinas out of the cup....
RacermeX 05-05-2006, 12:22 PM River advances - Corinthians fans quite upset
Estudiantes are in.
Tigres are out.
