According to "Automobile" the X6 is coming, and should arrive within a couple years.
The cargo area should be about the size of the X3, with power coming from a 4.6 or 4.8. A manual will not make it to the US, but two options of an automatic will.

Anyone heard anymore?

This car sounds like a mistake. It'll seat 4 (maybe 4+1). It won't be as fast or handle better than an E60 and won't have anymore space than an X3. It was either the X6 or a bigger 7 passenger X7 they were going to build. They also have the "V" series tall wagon coming out soon, so what's the point of this X6?

I hope all this isnt true. If they want to make another X it should atleast have 3rd row seating and be priced comparatively to the Range Rover and LX470. That should complete the X lineup.
