I just got back from America's Tire Co where I brought my car in to repair / patch my right rear tire due to a nail. The guy asks me "Have you ever been here before?" Nope. So he gets all the info down and gets my wheel lock key from me. "This is usually 17$ but I'll take care of it for you" Sweet. The guy fixed my tire for FREE. He asked me what I wanted to do if he couldn't repair the tires, I said I might buy another Sumitomo (because they're pretty new) and he said "Well, I don't sell those here unfortunately but if you want I'll put the spare on for you"

I mean, what better service could I have asked for? The guy repaired my tire for free, he offered to put the spare on for me, he hand torqued the lugs after using the air ratchet, and he introduced me to his sister! Okay so that last part was a lie.

Anyway, I was really happy today and I don't work for the store or anything. All I know is that my dad recommended me to go there because of great service and they really surprised me today.

Are other tire places like this?

America's Tire in Huntington Beach fixed my flat for free also.

My local discount tire is good like that sometimes.
