Hey everybody, I just found out that my '01 M3 will prob be here on Monday. Its a CPO, 53K, Titanium Silver, Black leather, with cold weather package and the 18's. Oh yeah and a 6-speed of course. I can't wait to compare it to the old e36 M3/4. Any suggestions on things I should look at as far as preventative maintenance goes as well as things I should look out for. Thanks for your help and I will post up pics as soon as she gets here.

Well, if it is CPO'd, it should have the rod bearing recall done. The only thing I would suggest is ordering body colored reflectors for the front bumper before you get the car. I hate those damn orange reflectors. Other than that, good luck with it!

I definitely agree on the reflectors, also IMO must get a SSK and and exhaust.

But with the CPO you should be fine! Enjoy!!!
