Maybe you can handle that for us Jake....might get you a role change in my Bible. You could be the Prophet who brings us our Promise Land.

PJ325i 10-18-2006, 05:42 PM Whoaaa, PJ the 3.0 CSL on that page is the one I want. That's sweet, I gotta bring cash too I guess.
I think the guy I bought the first truckload from had two CSLs, Redman and Stuck :)
8ball 10-18-2006, 05:49 PM Were they autoart's cause I didn't see a price on the CSL but I gotta have the Stuck. Hopefully he is cheaper than that website. I don't want the Minichamps version, it's not near as nice.
8ball 10-18-2006, 05:49 PM Hey did you keep taht card so I can check his website and see if that's what he is bringing or atleast ask him to.
PJ325i 10-18-2006, 10:18 PM Yeah. . . it was minichamps . . . It was $85 I believe he told me. . . .
I'll have to look for the card. . .
PirateJake 10-19-2006, 10:47 AM god that's a lot of money for toy...
i'd really like a mini version of my car though... but not for that much
PJ325i 10-19-2006, 11:21 AM Oh have toys that cost that much when I purchased them . . . but they are worth 4-5 times that :)
PirateJake 10-19-2006, 08:30 PM hmm... maybe you aren't as insane as i thought
PJ325i 10-19-2006, 09:00 PM :crazynoel :crazya :freak :jump :jump3
PirateJake 10-19-2006, 11:29 PM i stand corrected
BimmerBoyZ3 10-20-2006, 08:08 AM i stand corrected

Just wait till this weekend. If you get a chance to ride with him.....you will understand why he's called 'The Wheelman'
PirateJake 10-20-2006, 01:06 PM i can't wait... i've been counting down the days for a while now
PJ325i 10-20-2006, 01:46 PM :buttrock
ALL of my runs are going to be fun runs, since no one can catch me in points :D
8ball 10-20-2006, 02:45 PM so what's the deal for tomorrow? you only get 3 runs for 30 bux?
PJ325i 10-20-2006, 03:36 PM Yup. . . . I got 60bux . . . I might only give them 30 :)
We are leaving at 7pm and should get to the hotel around 9ish ;)
I don't know what time I'm going to the plant yet. . .but you know I like to be there early :)
PirateJake 10-20-2006, 07:48 PM :buttrock

... so can i catch a ride... i'd hate for my extra 145 pounds to effect anyones performance
PJ325i 10-20-2006, 10:59 PM Sure can!!! Nothing by FUN RUNS bishes:)
PirateJake 10-21-2006, 01:40 AM woohoo, 7 hours and 20 minutes until eurofest!
time for (wet) dreams of european speed
BimmerBoyZ3 10-22-2006, 09:59 PM Eurofest was a blast!
Rediculous amount of great looking cars. The Z4 Coupe blew my mind as far as the car handled and performed. Still not a huge fan of the looks, but it definately changed my view on the performance.
Sunday was dreary...lacking a car to autox...and gaining a huge headache that plagued me the rest of sunday. I left early, and PJ & John were the only two to autox. Im sure both did well.
I had a blast this weekend. Jake got his find taste of autox. I think he liked it. He's got some habits to break and a few things to work on...but for his first time...he showed some natural talents and skills. Should be a fun thing to work with him on. Hopefully my teaching style wasnt too much for him. :stickoutt
PirateJake 10-22-2006, 11:40 PM thanks man, i'm looking forward to breaking bad habbits and learn how to actually drive
8ball 10-23-2006, 09:51 AM Sorry I missed the event and left you without a car to co-drive. Ellen was sick and I was still tired from the day before. Now I see the importance of getting a hotel for spartanburg events. Can't wait to see the results.

No big deal...it was wet and I had a headache. Your woman comes first. I think I still managed a top 3 finish for the year, so I cant complain too much. I think I may make a move to Street Tire class next year for a little more competition. ;)
PJ325i 10-23-2006, 12:53 PM It dried out for the afternoon runs . . .
The Scooby guys said they were glad I left the R-comps at home. . . :rofl
I was about a second or so off of their times. I took a ride in the Scooby and It pulls HARD . . .brakes HARD, and push HARD . . . if you screw the entry into some of the corners. Some of the places where I was using a lot of steering input, the scooby guys have to wait on the car in order to steer the car. I gave Matt a ride in the 3 and now he knows I don't have an M motor in it :)
Mike. . . . Here's what you missed
Left hand half sweeper into an optional slalom
Left hand half sweeper into a directional slalom
Right hand sweeper downhill into Lane change Left right shorty straight uphill
Right into a fake chicago box pivot cone into an offset right sweeper
Downhill lane change into a optional slalom
Uphill to a straight line lane change
Into a 90* right over finish
I tagged the rev-limiter in second gear in two runs 3/4 of the Uphill to a straight line lane change :)
PirateJake 10-23-2006, 04:58 PM it was a lot of fun just being in that atmosphere... i can't wait until i get my car out there in the next event...
didn't you say something about a possible one in december, dustin?

Yes....nothing is final yet, as they are still hunting a site. But they are planning to try and put one on.
BimmerBoyZ3 10-23-2006, 05:42 PM PJ...your driver side brakelight is out on the M...just thought I'd tell ya.
8ball 10-23-2006, 05:50 PM Sweet!!!!!!!!! We got our own Sub-Section!!!!!!!! Hooray!!!!!!!!
PJ325i 10-23-2006, 05:56 PM PJ...your driver side brakelight is out on the M...just thought I'd tell ya.
DAMNIT!!! :mad
8ball 10-23-2006, 08:21 PM HOly crap PJ, I wanna see film of that course. Sounds like John K put together a noationals course. I was talking to him in line at the M test drive and he said the course he had would be challenging. Now I really am pissed I missed it. It sounds like the best course all year.
JByrd 10-24-2006, 08:16 AM It sounds like the best course all year.
Not by me.
After the first run, PJ told me it was "Scarey Fast." I figgered if it scared him, it was sure as heck gonna' scare me.
To this point, the only thing I've been afraid of is PJ - HiSSelf. :)
Kevlar 10-24-2006, 10:14 AM Yup... now, I'm going to lock this thread, because excessively long threads really slow the server down. You guys can go ahead and start new conversations in your subforum to continue the conversation.
