We drove to Park City this afternoon intending to return over guardsman. As we passed through a gate, near the top, some old guy standing by a bunch of snowmobiles gave us a dirty look like we were trespassing.

When we returned, the gate was closed and locked. After contemplating our situation for a while, Chase picked the lock (with a tire iron) and we were on our way.

In the Rover? Not passible? Sounds like a fun snow-wheeling adventure to me.

p.s., did you ever go crawling in Moab recently?

I went over Gaurdsman in both rovers we've had the old one had a lift, lockers and BFG's. My Dad and I went the day before they closed it.

I'm sure Chas's rover would make it over just fine.

Was there snow? Because cars can make it over Guardsmans Pass when it is clear.

Were were in teh Suck-oia, er, Sequoia. I wasn't in the mood for a four-wheeling adventure at the time, though in retrospect it sounds kinda fun.

El Rover is still in the shop getting its tonsils out.

Ah, le' Sequoia. We had one in 2003 when they first came out. They are impossible to have fun in the snow in due to the complicated trac-control system (in case you haven't noticed). Angel and I just felt too akward in it, it made us feel like a family we are not. No point to a 8 pass SUV when it's just a couple of D.I.N.K.S with two dogs that were NOT allowed in it.
