The leather in my 93 325is began to split at the seam at the middle of the seam on the bottom part of the seat. I figured I would bring it to a upholstry place soon, but before I knew it the whole seam came apart. Is there anything I can do it put it back together? It looks like the holes are ripped, so I guess it can't be re-threaded through there. Any other means of repair?
Thanks,
Dan

Not really. Replacing the panel's usually the proper way to do it, but it's $$$. If you want to try a cheap repair, glue (use a fabric/leather glue) a panel behind the existing piece and sew thru that one. As long as it's bonded properly, you should be able to do it. It'll still cost you to find someone that's got the skills to do it, but you save on the cost of a new piece of leather.

Take it to an upholstery shop. Ask them what they can do to repair it.They might be able to reistitch it. At least you could get an estimate for replacing the panel, but like hal9000 said a new panel will be expensive.
