Are there some advantages to using the 993TT HFM over the Euro HFM. I just talked to my parts supplier and was going to order a Euro and he said the 993TT HFM may be a better fit. I am interested to hear from anybody that has one and what their experience was. I understand they flow more than a Euro HFM and may make more hp. Considering the power output of a 993TT vs a Euro M3 I could see how it could have higher limits.

the porsche HFM supposed has a larger screen (wire) so it take more accurate readings at different voltage then euro hfm hence it has the ability to handle more power (600whp IIRC) while staying accurate.

The screen has absolutely nothing to do with how it meters more air than the Euro HFM. It can meter more air simply because it is internally calibrated to meter air at a different scale than the Euro HFM, and it happens to be designed to meter more at the "far end" of the scale than the Euro HFM.
