Ok just replaced the comfort relay on my 92 e36, and no change the windows are powerless and the locks don't work checked fuses also. Please Please Help Me.

The central locking system isn't powered by the comfort relay. You'll need a wiring schematic and voltmeter to diagnose this.

same shit happened to my (ex-)'93 325is with the comfort relay and all. i got really pissed off and replaced EVERY fuse up under the hood in the main fusebox. been working like a champ ever since. and BTW - the stock fuse is a .... 5 amp ? maybe 7.5 amp fuse, but it tends to bitch out on you and blow up at the shittiest times.... i kept a 10 amp fuse in mine with no related issues.
