Normally there is a red 2005 Yamaha R6 parked in my garage that belongs to a friend... Well today, it is missing. The garage was shut and I live in a pretty safe neighborhood (the countryclub @ the legends).
There are only two ways into the place. One side is gated, and the other "main" entrance passes by the Eureka Police Station.
Sometime throughout the night someone opened the garage, stole the bike (without a key, and had a locked fork), and then closed the garage behind them!
The Eureka police said they saw the bike and tried to pull it over as it doesn’t have a license plate, but he/she/it took off and got on highway 44. Sad
The Missouri Highway Patrol state they spotted a red bike w no plate today on highway 270 but couldn’t catch it as he/she/it outran them. WONDERFUL.
If anyone sees anything, or spots a 2005 R6 (rear fender delete, integrated turn signals into the tail light, no plate) please let me know.
Thanks,
-Mike
