Ok, guys, I did the full-blown detail per David's articles on my canyon red metallic 1998 540iA this past weekend. I used Zaino... The result was absolutely stunning.

Here's the only bummer. This car is not a garage queen - I drive it across the desert on banzai runs between L.A. and the Colorado River on many summer weekends. Result is, a LOT of little nicks on the front end and top of the hood, which are now, you guessed it, filled with polish. Unsightly white "measles" speckled all over the front of the car and top of the hood. Any suggestions on what I can do to get rid of these?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

MF and QD if it's Z. If it's cleaner or compound, you may need to go with isopropyl/water and a MF.
