Hey if anyone does not have a mod for rolling up windows yet, this is for you. A company from dayton is producing a module which will let you do this from your remote. I have been the first guinea pig of BMW's but not the first car. The company has already started selling their 350z and G35 modules. I've had mine for about 2 1/2 weeks and working like a charm still. He still needs two or three more testers. Anyone in Ohio or around ohio is welcomed as long as they keep in touch on the progress... which I doubt any of you would do if something broke :-p Contact me at lovell.davis@gmail.com

oh and he means:
A company is testing a product that allows you to remotely roll up/down your windows. They need people to volunteer their cars to test. :)

Can't you just do that on your key right now? If you hit and hold the unlock button they roll down, sun roof open. To roll them back up just put the key in the door and turn torward lock and hold it there.

my car doens't have remote windows (or locks or anything else for that matter) from the factory.
I would be willing to let someone install goodies on my car for development. I'm not interesting in buiying it, but if they want a test car, they can give it to me :D
I have an 89 325i..power windows...no remote tho, i live in Columbus. I wouldnt mind being a tester as long as it didnt do any damage and I didnt have to pay anything.

The point is to not sit there and have to wait for the windows to oll up. Just get out, click two buttons in consecutive order on your remote and walk away. Or if you're working and see that its sprinkling and you left your windows open, just go to the window rather than run to the car and stick the key in. KP Technologies is the company doing this.
