It is bound to happen so there has got to be a way to fix it. On my bumper and hood, there are several small "dings" from sand and small rocks that I have ran into while driving. There has got to be a way to repair these tiny chips of paint.

What is the best way that gives the best finish?

Either take it to a body shop and get a respray over the main area's, or have them do some major touch up.

The problem with touch up is that if it doesn't match well, then it will look strange to see a bunch of dark spots.
