I got a flat tire and i need to replace my tire. My question is i dont know what all the letters and numbers mean

i need a dunlop sp sport 5000 p255/50zR16 ( i know what all that means except the p) but what i need to know is after that it says 91w M+S I found the tire but it was a 97w btw or somthing like that. Does that make a difference and what is it

That's the performance/speed rating.
M+S = mud and snow
91 / 97 is the load rating
W is the speed rating

Yes, the 91W could be different from 97W. A tire with a different load capacity could also have different levels of traction which could make for a very unstable car. You might be able to contact Dunlop to find out, but they may have never tested that combination.
