I got a price of $40,034.18. Tiatnium Silver with Premium Pkg, Sport Pkg, Xenon Headlights, Heated seats, with the Z4 floor mats. Salesman explained that the $4,500 rebate is not really a rebate per say, but some kinda of dealer incentative. What do you folks think? Good price or not. This was in Jacksonville, Fl.
Thanks for you input,
Chilly

My salesman tried to give me a similar speel when I bought my car last year- don't listen to it. It's a factory to dealer rebate, & in order to sell any decent volume of Z4's, dealers have been passing the rebate on to the customer.
On to your vehicle:
I'd say yes it is a good price. I'm guessing the MSRP is ~$47k? If around that, then yes I'd say its a good deal.
Upgrading from a 2.5i?

Have the Need For Speed! Couldn't believe the difference that 45 hp makes.
List fot the car was $47,270.
Wanted to wait for an M version, but can't get straight answers from anyone at BMW. They (people at my dealership seem to thinks it will probably be still a year or year and 1/2 away with the new 3 series just coming out.

Take the invoice price - incentives - rebates and then multiply by 1.05 to pay "5% over dealer cost" - this is fair to me.
