i need a new water pump for my M coupe, where can i buy one locally? shud i get bmw or aftermarket? n e help or discounts are appreciated. also im 17 and im doin this install on my own... any body need an aspiring bmw mechanic at there shop...?

Finding a good price locally may be a bit of a challenge compared to what you can find online.
I've always gotten great deals and service from www.bmaautoparts.com.

I would only use the factory waterpump purchased from a BMW dealer.

The aftermarket ones (geba, graf) just SUCK! I have compared them side-by-side. No contest... get one with an actual BMW part number on it.
