View Full Version : do e39 tourings have rear self leveling? OCWHEELWURX.COM 05-19-2005, 09:15 PM curious. OCWHEELWURX.COM 05-21-2005, 01:14 PM HEY.......do you know? The Beastmaster 05-22-2005, 08:32 AM I'm pretty sure they got rid of it. Even teh later model E34 Tourings don't have the LAD. Breakerbacker 05-22-2005, 08:45 PM The late E34 M5 Touring's did include the auto load leveling along with Electronic Dampening Control. I am pretty sure the E39 Tourings did away with this "feature." OCWHEELWURX.COM 05-22-2005, 08:52 PM thanks for the insight guys. anyone else have definitive, first hand knowledge? Jackyl 05-23-2005, 10:06 AM I'm pretty sure they got rid of it. Even teh later model E34 Tourings don't have the LAD. I have an E34 Touring (525 Tds Touring), made in 1995-02-14, and she has self leveling suspension. I believe it was an extra. BTW does anyone knows whats the service that this suspensions require? Ex: changing the oil??? I bought the car in 2 hand, and i suspect that the previous owner never did any kind of "service" to the Suspension. |
