looking to buy a 1990 535i witha 5spd black on black
has 190kmi on the clock
guy says a mechanic told him that it has a blown head gasket after doing a leak down test. the car also need a front bumper cover and has some scratches in the paint other than that the body looks to be in pretty good shape. he told me the car does not overheat though, but jsut that someone had a mechanic look at it for them. he was asking $2500 apparently and has lower the price to $1000 or b/o now that it needs a head gasket. so what do you guys think? turd or what? i already looked at some of the buying an e34 threads and done a little research. should i look seriously at this or let this one pass?
