Well I ordered a set of V2 splitters from MaxVelocity on their last group buy and I had some initial problems. The first shipment was stolen and I waited for two and a half weeks before I contacted MV. Roman did not know they were stolen ( out in front of his office ) and quickly priority mailed me my V2's. I was so excited to finally get them after 3 weeks! When I was about to install them, I noticed that I had two LEFT-side splitters. I rushed to BF.com and PM'ed Roman about it. Within a hour he replied and I told him that if he sent a self addressed box, I would return one of the left side splitters. He said " dont worry about returning it" so, cool I have a extra one! Roman then sent another priority mail box with my right-side splitter. I received it on-time and got a extra right-side splitter as well! So now I have two sets of V2's!!!

Now all other vendors take note, THIS is how you properly do customer service! My highest recommendations to Roman @ MaxVelocity.

Well this is good to know. I just got back from home (Manteca, where the M3 stays) where I had the splitters shipped to and realized I also never recieved the splitter from the group buy a while ago. I just emailed maxvelocity about this. Hopefully this will get resolved and I'll get my splitters too. I wonder if mine were also stolen with yours?
